FeetFoto is developed and operated by OOB Connect Apps. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FeetFoto mobile application ("FeetFoto", "we", "us", "our", or the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use FeetFoto. We verify this using the date of birth you provide at sign-up. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at oobconnectplay@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
FeetFoto is a marketplace connecting two kinds of users: Buyers, who browse profiles, chat with sellers, and unlock paid content; and Sellers, who create a profile, upload posts (some free, some locked behind a coin price), chat with buyers, and can cash out coins they've earned. Your account is set up as one role at sign-up.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and messages you post or send through FeetFoto. By posting or sending content, you grant FeetFoto a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App as necessary to operate the marketplace (for example, showing a seller's post to buyers, or delivering a chat message to its recipient). This license ends when you delete the specific content or your account, except where content has already been unlocked/purchased by another user, or where we're required to keep records for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
You're solely responsible for the content you upload. You confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, that everyone shown in it is 18 or older and has consented to its use on FeetFoto, and that it doesn't violate any law or infringe anyone else's rights.
You may not use FeetFoto to:
We may remove content, and suspend or permanently delete accounts, that violate these Terms, based on our own review or on reports submitted by other users.
Coins are a virtual currency used inside FeetFoto to unlock locked posts and paid chat media. Coins have no cash value to buyers, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the App. Sellers who earn coins from buyers unlocking their content can request a payout as described in Section 8 below - that payout process is the only way coins convert to real money, and only for sellers.
Coins, subscription plans, profile Spotlight boosts, and the leaderboard unlock are all purchased through Google Play Billing. FeetFoto does not process payments directly or store your payment card details.
Refunds for any in-app purchase or subscription are handled by Google Play, not by FeetFoto directly. If you want a refund, please contact Google Play support or use Google Play's own refund request process for the purchase in question.
If a purchase was charged successfully but you didn't receive what you paid for because of a technical problem on our end (for example, coins that didn't credit to your balance, or a subscription that didn't activate), contact us at oobconnectplay@gmail.com with your Google Play order/purchase ID and a description of the issue, and we'll investigate and make it right.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase, until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time from your Google Play account's subscriptions page.
Sellers can request a payout of coins they've earned, converted at a rate of 100 coins = $1.00 USD, subject to a minimum payout amount shown in the App. Payouts are sent to the PayPal email/ID you provide, so it's your responsibility to make sure that information is accurate - FeetFoto is not responsible for payouts sent to an incorrect PayPal account you provided. Payout requests are reviewed before being paid out, and we reserve the right to decline a payout request that appears fraudulent, in which case any coins deducted for that request are returned to your balance along with the reason.
You can report a profile or a post that you believe violates these Terms directly within the App. We review reports and may take action including removing content, suspending accounts, or permanently deleting accounts, at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, including in response to legal or regulatory requirements. You can also delete your own account at any time from Settings. A deleted account enters a 30-day grace period (logging back in during that window reactivates it) before being permanently and irreversibly deleted.
FeetFoto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular buyer or seller you interact with is who they claim to be - use your own judgment when interacting with other users, and never share information you're not comfortable sharing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeetFoto and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including content posted by other users, disputes between buyers and sellers, or loss of coins/data due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
